Full refunds are gladly provided for unopened products returned to the store no later than 30 days from the date of purchase with the original sales receipt.
Product must be undamaged, unopened, not expired, and in its original packaging.
No refunds will be provided for frozen or refrigerated products, except in the case of product defect. This includes refrigerated probiotics.
Refunds will not be issued for returns more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds, exchanges, or credits will not be issued for merchandise returned without the original sales receipt.
Defective products may be returned with original sales receipt within 30 day for an exchange. If an exchange cannot be made a store credit will be issued.
Clearance Items are non-refundable.
Special ordered items are non-refundable except in the case of product defect.
